Ring

It's interesting how your own likes change over the years. I used to hate the idea of rings. Probably due to the fact that I lost the first real ring I got. Mom found it on the floor, in the toilet paper plastic. Oops. After that, I was convinced that I would have a necklace instead of an engagement ring. Well, that's a different story.

So this is my cocktail ring. I'll put it to good use with all those cocktails that I consume. ;) Now that I think about it, it's been awhile since I had some fruit cocktail.

Have you ever listened to the French language? I find it fascinating. My mom and I decided that we will definitely be teaching ourselves French this summer. I am quite excited. I remember in Breakfast at Tiffany's, they taught Audrey Hepburn's character French, so that she would be classy and sophisticated. Well, I am incredibly excited about learning [even if just a little] French. I would one day love to go to Paris. Hm. Maybe one day when mom and I are fluent.......

This necklace has all my random things I don't know what to do with. A guitar pick on my dorm floor? An old college Id? A safety pin? A zipper? I think so. Probably my favorite necklace.
