Polka dots

Another summer dress. Dress was 7, sweater was on sale at Kohl's. The hat was probably the most expensive part of my outfit :) So worth it! Wore black ballet flats and a smile =)

I need more hats

I love hats. They are phenomenal. People don't wear them much anymore. I wish I could pull off a fedora. Maybe I should try...hm. Most of the time I wish I could live in the '50s. So jealous of all of those clothes. But then, sometimes I dress like this. Converse, bold colors and a sweet hat. (Sadly I only have two--this one and a red 20s-inspired one) I really like making different kind of jewelry. Okay, I don't really make it. The long necklace is my roomie's silver chain and I added a pick I found, zipper and part of an old Judson id. For some reason, I love this. I wish I could figure out my style. Eclectic, I guess? :-)

Day 2

Here's my outfit for today. I was kinda grungy earlier though. I had a gray tshirt and jeans on. Not too shabby, but not my best. (Although, I was up until 6:30 this morning, so I think that's a pretty good excuse. Aside from waking up ten minutes before my 9:00 class, but I made it!) Anyway, I'm wearing pearls again, and black flats. And I'm just letting my hair air dry and maybe I'll add some curl to it. By the way, I didn't try to cut off my head, the bathroom is just not really the best photo studio :)

Classic Femininity

I love wearing feminine clothes. It's fun and it makes me happy. I don't always dress how Jackie O would, but I make an attempt to put on nice clothes on a pretty regular basis. When I was being inspired by the great fashion icon that Jackie O is, I realized that she wore pearls. Alot. I wear pearls every now and then. They don't seem to go with every outfit that a college student typically has.

Pardon the picture quality. It's just my webcam on my mac. But it will have to do. My roomie, as Jack Sparrow would say, commandeered my Nikon for the day. And yes, I did take these pictures in my shower. It's probably the best place to see a "full length" view if you can call it that. This is what I wore to church today. I felt quite lovely in it. It took me a long time to change into 'regular' clothes since it was such a fun outfit, but eventually Art History called. Anyway, I'm wearing my mom's pearls, a summer dress from Goodwill and a sweater I have had from high school. See? Good fashion doesn't mean you have to pay shocking prices :-)
